Hello there, hang out with me as I show you three quick and easy shelf stable prepper meals that I made in my home kitchen! Come along as I show you what’s for dinner!
Chicken Noodle Soup:
2 cans of chicken
32 oz of chicken broth
8oz egg noodles
1 can of carrots
1/4 tsp celery seed
1 tsp onion powder
Chicken Enchilada Skillet:
2 bags or boxes of spanish rice
1 can of chicken
1 can of blackbeans
1 can of enchilada sauce
1 can of diced green chilies
Venison Gravy and Mashed Potatoes:
1 quart of venison (can use any canned meat)
1 can of veggies
2 cups instant potatoes
2/3 cup of evaporated milk + 2 2/3 cup of water ( be mindful of the package directions of the instant potatoes you use and adjust accordingly.)
2 tbsp cornstarch + 1/2 cup water (only used as a thickener)
*I didn’t end up using Worcestershire sauce because it had enough flavor but add some as needed.
