How to Harvest Lettuce Seeds and Store

In this video I show you how I gather my seeds using a tin foil and then remove them from the lettuce husk casing and store them for years.
Storing and saving seed is a great way to save money and protect your future food investment. As oil prices rise so does food, so my advice is to save and store as much as you can.
