1 cup pasta of choice (gluten free farfelle)
1/2 cup corn
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup olives
1/4 cup tomato
1/4 cup green onion
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp agave
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp red wine vinegar
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
1 tbl oil free mayo (been working on this recipe 🙂
1/4 cup white beans
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbl oatmilk
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp agave
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Salt, pepper rosemary to taste
Blend and enjoy!

Fancy Zucc Fritters
1 zucchini shredded
1/2 onion diced
1/2 bell pepper diced
2 baked potatoes, skin off
3 tbl sauerkraut
1/2 cup blue corn meal, or yellow, or corn masa
Seasoned salt to taste
Fry in avocado oil or bake at 400 for 20 minutes
And enjoy!!
