During this training, we’ll be looking at a framework for breaking a self-defense scenario down into 5 phases (not moves!) to better understand how to make sense of the “chaos,” to know where you are within the attack, and to know what to do when you’re there.
This is NOT a training for those who just want “cool fight moves,” or just want to know where to put their foot. It’s for those who want to go beyond form and martial arts style, and to have a serious advantage in a self-defense situation.
