Coffee With Ray – Saving Your Tomato Seeds – I don’t use the common squeeze the tomato method because I like to slice my tomato remains and then dehydrate them. You really can’t do that if you squeeze the seeds out.

I also talk about having good tools for the job and for me, that means good knives that will hold their edge. I am a HUGE fan of Shun Knives made in Japan. Yes, they are pricy, but when you have a LOT of slicing to do, you don’t want to have to stop every ten minutes to get a fresh edge on your blade. This is why I like Shun Knives because they hold their edge for a long time and you can get that razor edge on them too.
