How to harvest oregano

Harvest oregano at any time during the growing season. Snip off just about one inch from the ground.

Oregano is usually thought of as a culinary herb, but it is also highly antiseptic.

Culinary use: spaghetti and pizza sauce, season buttered popcorn with oregano, garlic and thyme.
