Coffee With Ray – The Power of WHY – A Mental Fortitude Test – I want you to take a test with me and it is pretty simple. Ask yourself WHY.

Now, if you are going to ask yourself this, you have to get real with yourself and be super honest with your answer.

Why are you overweight?

Why is your relationship with your spouse not the greatest?

Why are your preps not where you want them to be?

Why do you have to much month and not enough money?

These are real questions that you need to ask yourself. Because if you really ask yourself WHY, then you will have a true answer.

THEN… you ask yourself HOW.

How do I do this, that or achieve this goal or better that situation.

And here is the hard part… once you answer that realistically, then are you going to do it? Are you going to make that change?

And if you give any excuse as to why you are not going to do it, then the odds are your mental fortitude is not where it should be.

AND… if it is not where it should be what can you do to make it happen.
